broken elevator limited breakfast
The location was great near subway stations. This made getting around quite easy.
The elevators were a real issue. One elevator wasn't working and the other kept breaking down, It took forever to get up to my room on the 12th floor. Breakfast was disappointing. There were not many options and the staff did not refill items quickly enough

I found the location very convenient near the subway. iced water was available in the lobby at no cost. It was great for refilling my water bottle. an elevator was available. there was a cvs about one block away. I easily bought things i had forgotten.

The location was near a metro station. i liked that it was close to pharmacies and a whole foods. times square and madison square garden are within walking distance. That was great. the area was quiet at night.

The hotel provided a continental breakfast until 10 am. The checkout time was at noon. My room was a good size. It was also clean!
The elevator service was a little slow. This resulted in occasional waits.
